ABOUT ME
Kirsi Immonen serves as the Team Manager of Battery Racing Team and is responsible for the team’s overall operations, strategy, and competitive development. Under her leadership, Battery Racing has emerged as a pioneer in electric motorsport in the Nordic region—particularly in the Time Attack series’ new electric vehicle (EV) class and its launch in Finland and Sweden.
Kirsi is not only leading the team—she also actively competes in the Time Attack EV class herself. This combination makes Kirsi a uniquely influential figure in Nordic motorsport: she understands the demands of competition from both a driver’s and an organizer’s perspective. Her technical expertise, team-oriented mindset, and hands-on experience with electric mobility and circuit racing form a solid foundation for the team’s success.
As Team Manager, Immonen is responsible for:
- The team’s racing and development program
- Promoting the electric motorsport
- Partnerships and stakeholder relations
- Coordinating drivers and team operations
Kirsi’s contribution has been pivotal in establishing the Time Attack EV class and raising its profile. She also actively advocates for electric motorsport on both national and international levels.
